+In this case please register yourself for the respective lecture(!) in RWTH Online. As soon as your seat is fixed ("Fixplatz") and confirmed you need to file an application to ZPA through paperless for being enabled to register for the exam. Once this application is approved by ZPA you will have to register throufg RWTH Online for the exam as for other exams.
+The advantage of this procedure is that no more manual registration or certificates are required.
-contcat the respective institute and ask for a guest admission in the moodle learning room. Exam registration has to be carried out directly with the institute outside RWTH Online by just putting you manually on the list.
-After the exam you get a written certificate stating that you have past the exam on the respective day with a certain mark.
-This certificate you may add to your diploma and CV when applying for a job later on. In case the additional subject is not too far away from Materials Engineering you may apply to the examination board to have this subject listed as additional subject on your diploma.
